The TSUMV39LU is a high performance and all-in-one IC for multi-function LCD monitor/TV with resolutions
up to full HD (1920x1080). It is configured with an integrated triple-ADC/PLL, an integrated DVI/HDCP/HDMI
receiver with embedded switch, a multi-standard A/V front-end and baseband decoder, a video de-interlacer, a
scaling engine, the MStarACE color engine, an on-screen display controller, an embedded one port USB 2.0 host
controller, and a built-in output panel interface. The embedded audio DSP processor gives various of audio
manipulation functions for greater audience experiences.


By use of embedded frame buffer, 3-D video decoding and processing are fulfilled for high-quality TV

applications, while maintaining most cost-effective system consideration. To further reduce system costs, the
TSUMV39LU also implemented deep sleep mode for green-energy requirements and spread-spectrum support
for EMI management
